The band will warm up for the trek with an appearance at the KROQ Inland Invasion show at The Home Depot Center near Los Angeles.

The band will launch its European tour November 3 at Manchester Evening News Arena. Other stops include The NEC Arena in Birmingham (November 6), Hallam FM Arena in Sheffield (November 12), and London’s O2 Arena (November 17-18).

Foo Fighters’ new album, scheduled for release September 25, was produced by Gil Norton, who worked with the band on 1997s The Color and the Shape.

The first single, “The Pretender,” was released to radio earlier this month.
