Flipping Out In Hollywood

Sandy Gallin, whose management rosters once included the likes of Barbra Streisand, Dolly Parton, Cher and Michael Jackson, hasn’t been heard from much in music industry circles since retiring almost 10 years ago – but he’s a fixture in the Los Angeles Times’ syndicated "Hot Property."

Gallin has taken up real estate in a big way, tallying his 40th home sale in June.

To say he’s "flipping houses" would be a an understatement: His 40th sale, was a Beverly Hills house he bought for $5.5 million, remodeled and flipped for a tidy $20 million before it even hit the market, according to Times celebrity real estate maven Ruth Ryon.

He’s not stopping there: in July he bought the former Bel Air home of actress Jane Wyatt, built in 1937, for a cool $7 million. Several attempts to reach Gallin were unsuccessful.
