The singer warmed up for the jaunt with a September 26th show at the Hiro Ballroom at the Maritime Hotel in New York City and will officially kick off the U.S. leg of the tour with a second performance there October 13.

Other clubs and theatres on the Stateside schedule include Echoplex in Los Angeles (October 19), The Independent in San Francisco (October 22), W.O.W. Hall in Eugene, Ore. (October 24), House of Blues in Chicago (November 13) and Fine Line Music Café in Minneapolis (November 15).

Opening for several dates on the tour is neo soul singer Van Hunt.

Ndegeocello will also take part in the October 20 at the Monterey County Fairgrounds in California. Other artists on the bill include Michael Franti & Spearhead, The Roots, G. Love & Special Sauce, Cake, Ozomatli, Brandi Carlile and Colbie Caillat.

Tickets for most U.S. dates are available through Ticketmaster.

At the end of November, the singer will head to Europe for a string of dates that so far includes stops in France, The Netherlands, Ireland and Belgium.
