“Prairie Home Companion” does a string of shows in NYC at the Town Hall in November and December, Etta James & The Roots Band keeps filling in its 2008 calendar and The Forms will travel to Ohio, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, Illinois, Oklahoma, California, Washington and Oregon in November.
