Ellis Paul adds shows for KY, MO, TX, IL and MA; Connie Kaldor fattens her 2008 calendar; Brian Vander Ark adds Cleveland, Philly and Decatur (GA) to his next road trip; Bill Maher signs up for a few Vegas gigs and Liza Minnelli has dates on both sides of the pond this year and next.
