Cagle Stops At 10

A charity event in Arizona included a reported scrap between Chris Cagle and a man after an overzealous fan asked for too many autographs.

After performing a show at the Cactus Moon Café in Tucson to benefit Arizona’s Children Association, Cagle was cited for misdemeanor assault for allegedly punching a fan’s boyfriend in the face.

When Cagle declined to sign an autograph for a woman, after already signing several items for her, police say she became belligerent and "called him every name in the book."

As the angry fan and her boyfriend were escorted out of the nightclub, tempers apparently escalated and Cagle punched the woman’s boyfriend, according to police who wouldn’t elaborate.

According to the Arizona Daily Star, the punch left the man hatless but he declined medical assistance and said he was not injured.
