Manson Fires Back

Marilyn Manson countersued former keyboardist Stephen Bier (aka Madonna Wayne Gacy) December 19th in Los Angeles Superior Court in response to Bier’s $20 million breach of contract suit filed in August.

Manson’s suit claims the partnership dissolved in 1996 and the keyboardist wasn’t reliable for studio recordings, performances or promotional appearances. The suit also claims the keyboardist blabbed confidential band info to the media and others without Manson’s consent. The shock rocker is seeking unspecified general and special damages.

Bier has accused Manson of stiffing him on salary and medical support and blowing band profits on items such as Nazi paraphernalia, human skeletons and personal drug treatment, to name a few.
