Dates, Dates & More Dates …
And the new Jill Scott dates keep on coming! It seems like only yesterday we posted a multitude of dates for the jazz / rhythm & blues singer, and here we are with more shows, cities and dates. New ones include two February evenings in Baltimore, a couple of DC shows in March and one-nighters in Indianapolis, Detroit, Pittsburgh and St. Louis.
New shows for B.B. King include March in Council Bluffs, IA, Chicago and Reno in June, and Bend, OR, in July; Gladys Knight adds Bermuda, Las Vegas, Nassau, Charleston, Hampton, Atlanta, Westbury, Ocean Grove and the thriving entertainment mecca known as Lemoore, California, to her 2008 plans and The Derailers add dates for Kansas City, Austin and Santa Barbara.
During the past 8 hours we also updated the schedules for Def Leppard, Mindless Self Indulgence, The Redwalls, Don Rickles, The Hives, Matthew Good, Young Dubliners, The Toasters, Kelly Richey, Age Of Reason, Alejandro Escovedo, Hanoi Rocks, Kate Nash, Nina Nastasia, Mitch Ryder & The Detroit Wheels, The Kooks, The Headcat (Feat. Lemmy From Motorhead), Bob Newhart, Puddle Of Mudd, Silver Jews, The A.K.A.s, Wu-Tang Clan, The Fabulous Thunderbirds plus more bands and artists than those other concert Web sites have even heard about.
And that’s the haps for today. We added dates, we deleted dates, we even took a few dates out for a quick touch-up and oil change. And now it’s time to call it a day. Our corporate overseers are approaching and there’s a good chance they’ll let all of us go home to our families tonight. Gosh, is life great or what? Be seeing you!
