The Pneu Eminem

Eminem, who has been out of the public eye for a while, is recovering from a bout with pneumonia that sent him to the hospital.

"Over the holidays, Marshall Mathers, aka Eminem, was under doctor’s care at a Detroit-area hospital for complications due to pneumonia," publicist Dennis Dennehy said January 8th. "He has since been released and is doing well recovering at home."

Slim Shady may have to change his moniker, as rumors are rampant that the rapper has gained a fair amount of weight and is now at more than 200 pounds.
