A real estate developer is trying for the second time to build senior housing near the Mizner Park Amphitheatre in West Palm Beach, Fla.

Jim Kraft sent a visual conception of his tower to a Palm Beach Post columnist, adding, "It’s a great location. People can sit out on the balcony, which would overlook the concert hall" and have "the best seats in the house."

Hurricane glass would shield the seniors from the dadgum noise.

The columnist, who stressed that Mizner Park is primarily visited by the affluent, had plenty of fun with the concept (but we’ll spare you the lame jokes).
