The non-profit organization, founded in 1999, uses music and entertainment to promote and complement the healing process for patients and seeks to raise awareness of the beneficial effects of music and entertainment for people in healthcare facilities.

DeGraw’s tour kicks off today at Common Grounds in Gainesville, Fla., and runs through late April.

Stops on the schedule include the 9:30 Club in Washington, D.C. (February 29), The Fillmore – TLA in Philadelphia (March 2), the Lakeshore Theater in Chicago (March 6), The Independent in San Francisco (March 10), DreamCatcher at Viejas in Alpine, Calif. (March 14), Harvard University in Cambridge, Mass. (April 18) and the Westhampton Beach Performing Arts Center in New York (April 20).

Fans can bid on packages at CharityFolks.com that include a pair of tickets for a show, tickets to an exclusive pre-show sound check party and a meet and greet with DeGraw.

Packages are available for all shows through March 11. Proceeds go to Musicans on Call.
