Kid Rock Doesn’t Waffle On Plea

Kid Rock pleaded not guilty March 3rd to a misdemeanor battery charge stemming from a fight at an Atlanta Waffle House in October.

 His attorney, Darryl Cohen, entered the plea on his behalf in DeKalb County State Court.

Kid Rock, aka Robert Ritchie, and five others were arrested allegedly after words between a man at the restaurant and a woman in Ritchie’s group prompted Ritchie and crew to step in.
