Let’s start this update off with a heavyweight. As in Heavyweight Dub Champion. We just posted new shows for April and May showing gigs in Oregon communities Eugene, Bend, Ashland and Portland, British Columbia shows in Tofino and Nelson, plus stops in Sandpoint (Idaho), Missoula (Montana), Spokane (Washington), Bozeman (Montana), Boulder (Colorado) and California towns Caspar and Arcata.

To the uninitiated a tour schedule for Billy Bob Thornton might strike a person as yet another example of an actor trying to make like a rock star. But Thornton was playing in bands long before he made a name for himself as an actor, so consider the string of August dates as a chance for Ol’ Billy Bob to get back in touch with his inner musician. Stops include Interlochen (Michigan), Apple Valley (Minnesota) and Kansas City (Missouri).

Lots of new April dates for Mushroomhead! Like April 10 in Oklahoma City, April 12 in Houston and April 18 in Jacksonville. Other towns include Columbus (Ohio), Sauget (Illinois), Fort Wayne (Indiana) and Allentown (Pennsylvania).

And we have a few extra dates for Wynonna. Look for the country lady coming to your town, that is, if your town is Fort Bragg (NC) on July 4, Lake Delton (WI) on August 8 or Jackson (TN) on September 25.

During the past couple of hours we also updated the schedules for Yoshida Brothers, Wade Bowen, Trent Tomlinson, VHS or Beta, Travis Tritt, Tracy Byrd, The Trews, The Oak Ridge Boys. The Jakes, Survivor, Sugarland, Sawyer Brown, Rhett Miller, Retribution Gospel Choir, Minus The Bear, Keller Williams, Kylie Minogue, Jeff Pitchell, Jackyl, Edwyn Collins and Die! Die! Die!.

But it’s not over until we hit that final update of the day we like to call The Closing Bell. That’s coming up around 5 pm (PST), from Pollstar.com!
