Last week brought rumors that the tour had been canceled. However, the band refuted cancellation rumors by announcing that only four dates had been rescheduled.

Currently, the band says only that the star guitarist is “under a doctor’s care” and that the shows are being rescheduled so he “can continue medical tests to define a course of treatment.”

The cities affected by the rescheduling are Charlottesville, Va., East Rutherford, N.J., New York, N.Y., Duluth, Ga., Pittsburgh, Pa., Providence, R.I., Uncasville, Conn., Atlantic City, N.J., St. Louis, Mo, Columbus, Ohio, Rosemont, Ill., Grand Rapids, Mich., Milwaukee, Wis., Manchester, N.H., Hershey, Pa, Raleigh, N.C., and Baltimore, Md.

Rescheduled dates will be announced shortly. Fans should hold on to their tickets until further notice. Tickets will be honored on the rescheduled dates or refunds will be issued.
