Tracks on the yet-untitled Queen + Paul Rodgers album include “Say It’s Not True,” previously released at the end of last year as a special World Aids Day download for Nelson Mandela’s 46664 HIV AIDS charity, plus a first for a Queen album – a cover.

The rest of the tracks, including “C-lebrity” which will debut April 4 on “Al Murray’s Happy Hour” in the U.K., were written by Brian May, Roger Taylor and Rodgers during late 2007/early 2008 recording sessions.
