The Hives Keep The Buzz Going
What’s black and white and appearing on stages all over the world? The Hives, of course. Howlin’ Pelle Almqvist and the rest of the band are showing no signs of slowing down on their tour for The Black and White Album, with dates on the books though July.
The group is currently rocking through Europe with upcoming stops in Germany, Hungary, Austria, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France and the U.K.
The Hives’ next North American run kicks off May 15 at Center Stage in Atlanta and wraps up with an appearance May 26 at the Sasquatch Music Festival at the Gorge Amphitheatre in Quincy, Wash.
Other destinations include The Vogue in Indianapolis (May 17), The Rave Eagles Club in Milwaukee (May 18) Burton Cummings Theatre in Winnipeg, Manitoba (May 20), MacEwan Hall in Calgary, Alberta (May 22) and Big Easy Concert House in Spokane, Wash. (May 25).

The Hives also have a handful of European festival appearances on the books for the summer, including Where The Action Is in Stockholm, Sweden (June 14), Rock Werchter Festival in Belgium (July 5) and Exit Festival at Petrovaradin Castle in Novi Sad, Serbia (July 13).
