Eminem’s Mom Sued By Manager
Debbie Nelson, Eminem‘s mother, has been sued for breach of contract in an Oakland Circuit Court by a man claiming to be her manager and agent.
Neal Alpert claims he is entitled to 25 percent of the gross profits from any book, TV, radio and motion picture projects the woman completed, according to court documents obtained by The Detroit News.
Nelson released the book "My Son Marshall, My Son Eminem" in Great Britain in 2007. However, Alpert’s suit says he "hasn’t seen a dime" of the profits from the book, which has reportedly sold more than 100,000 copies and is due to hit U.S. stores soon.
