Sandstone Name Change

Sandstone Amphitheatre in Bonner Springs, Kan., is now named Capitol Federal Park at Sandstone.

The 18,000-capacity shed has a two-year title sponsorship with Topeka-based Capitol Federal Financial, but details were not disclosed.

The former Verizon Wireless Amphitheatre, previously managed by Live Nation, is currently run by New West Presentations, which says the shed will be a leader in renewable energy initiatives.
