Kid Rock Lawsuit Dropped

A lawsuit in which a woman claimed Kid Rock roughed her up outside his Michigan recording studio was dismissed by a jury April 18th.

Kelly Ann Kozlowski, 29, sued the rocker, whose real name is Robert James Ritchie, for $25,000 in damages after the alleged incident occurred last year in Clarkston.

Authorities had investigated the incident but didn’t bring charges against Ritchie. Kozlowski’s attorney said he’ll appeal the jury’s decision.
