The June 26-28 event will take place at many of the Strip’s famed venues, including The Roxy Theatre, Whisky A-Go-Go, House of Blues, Viper Room, Key Club and The Cat Club.

Other artists confirmed so far include Dilated Peoples, Godhead and B Real of Cypress Hill.

Festival organizers created the event with the goal of promoting, preserving and perpetuating the unique environment that has played host to acts across the musical spectrum for more than 30 years.

The June 26 kick-off event, hosted by Sugar Ray frontman Mark McGrath, will take place at House of Blues and will feature tributes to Mario Maglieri, Lou Adler and Elmer Valentine, as well as a performance by a yet-to-be-named major act.

An industry roundtable featuring music legends and industry experts and moderated by CNN’s Larry King is also scheduled for Saturday evening.
