Radiohead Washout

Hundreds of fans took to the Internet and Washington, D.C., local music blogs to vent their frustration when yet another Radiohead concert in the area was struck by a torrential downpour May 11th.

A reported four inches of rain fell in the vicinity of the Nissan Pavilion in Bristow, Va., before and during the concert, reportedly forcing closure of the two-lane road to the site and preventing ticketholders from getting past barricades to the venue for the show.

Live Nation, which owns and operates the venue, and Radiohead each released statements urging fans who did not make it to the venue to contact customer service at the venue via e-mail.

LN is offering fans who were turned away from the facility tickets to see the upcoming Radiohead show at Susquehanna Bank Center in Camden, N.J., or tickets to another show at Nissan Pavilion.
