Following the band’s network TV debut on “Late Night With Conan O’Brien” last night, the Mates’ Jason Hammel and Kori Gardner are kicking into high gear with a headlining tour that will hit clubs and theatres through June, along with a handful of festivals in the States and Canada through September.

The duo plays Slims in San Francisco May 22, then heads on to the Sasquatch! Music Festival in Quincy, Wash. (May 25), Monterey Music Summit in Monterey, Ca. (May 30) and the Wakarusa Festival in Lawrence, Kan. (June 6).

From there, the Mates head to venues including Slowdown in Omaha, Neb. (June 7), Bricktown Ballroom in Oklahoma City (June 10), Emo’s in Austin, Texas (June 13), Hi-Tone CafĂ© in Memphis (June 15) and Mr. Small’s Theatre in Pittsburgh (June 18).

Other festival dates on the books include Popped! Festival in Philadelphia (June 21), Pemberton Festival in Pemberton, British Columbia (July 25), Lollapalooza in Chicago (August 1), All Points West in Jersey City, N.J. (August 8) and Austin City Limits Music Festival in Austin (September 26).

Headlights will support on all of the pair’s June headlining dates and Black Joe Lewis & the Honey Bears are set to appear on Texas dates.
