3 Doors Down extends their summer tour plans into September. With the band possibly playing every city, town and village in the continental United States, it might be easier to say where they are not playing. But that wouldn’t be nearly as interesting as saying 3 Doors Down is playing Denver’s Red Rocks on September 3, the Verizon Wireless Virginia Beach Amphitheater on September 14 or the Time Warner Cable Music Pavilion in Raleigh, NC, on September 16. Other new stops include Scranton, PA (September 12); Charlotte, NC (September 17) and Bossier City, LA (September 19).

Joan Armatrading slots summer dates for Europe and the U.K. Recently added show listings include June 23 & 24 in Holmfirth, U.K.; June 27 in London; July 19 in Stockholm; July 24 in Milan and July 27 in Liverpool.

Joe Bonamassa updates today with a few new late summer / early fall listings. Like Los Angeles on August 5; Grants Pass, OR, on August 31; Council Bluffs, IA, on October 1 and Philadelphia on October 23.

You won’t find many bands named after towns in California’s San Joaquin Valley. That’s why we’ll always have a special place in our hearts for Earlimart, if only because the town is located just 70 miles south of Pollstar.com HQ. New dates for the band Earlimart include San Diego (July 17), Portland, OR (July 20), Minneapolis (July 25), Philadelphia (August 1) and Austin (August 5).

During the past couple of hours we also updated the schedules for Bloc Party, Big Bad Voodoo Daddy, Halcyon, Grant Lee Phillips, Gladys Knight, Donna Summer, Lagwagon, Neil Sedaka, Scouting For Girls, Don Rickles, The Mighty Diamonds, Tim Easton, The Smothers Brothers, Young Dubliners, Underoath and Someone Still Loves You Boris Yeltsin.

And there’s more where that came from. Lots more as we research, study, scrutinize and homogenize every single incoming date before posting on our Web site for the world to see. Don’t miss your last update of the day – The Closing Bell – coming up around 5 pm (PDT) from Pollstar.com!
