The festivities kick off July 8 when the band makes an appearance at a hometown album release party for Milagrosa at San Francisco’s 12 Galaxies, before hooking up with Nebula at The Sets in Tempe, Ariz., August 5 for a run of club and theatre dates through September.

Stops include Red 7 in Austin (August 8), Rudyard’s in Houston (August 10), One Eyed Jacks in New Orleans (August 12), Back Booth in Orlando, Fla. (August 15), Smith’s Olde Bar in Atlanta (August 18), Reggie’s Live in Chicago (August 30), High Noon Saloon in Madison, Wis. (September 1), and Viper Room in West Hollywood, Calif. (September 10).

Following tours with Mastodon, Helmet and the Melvins, Totimoshi began laying down the foundations for Milagrosa, which was produced by Helmet guitar player Page Hamilton and recorded by Toshi Kasai (Big Business, Melvins).

“We wanted to work with Toshi after hearing the Melvins’ (A) Senile Animal,” the band said. “We were really impressed by the fact that you could get that kind of sound going completely digital since we had always recorded on to tape. Toshi had a lot of great ideas in panning the sound and his mixes turned out superb.”
