She’s from New Zealand, she’s gorgeous and she’s a soprano. No, not HBO’s fictional crime family, but singer Hayley Westenra, who has lined up a very serious-looking United Kingdom tour. Stops include Stoke-OnTrent (October 14), Barrow-In-Furness (October 29), Newcastle Upon Tyne (October 30), Southend On Sea (November 25) and Leamington Spa (November 28). Other stops include towns with only one word in their names like Liverpool, Northampton, Birmingham, Manchester and Cardiff.

John Prine heads north to Alaska in August. Newly added dates include Juneau (August 16), Homer (August 19), Fairbanks (August 22) and Anchorage (August 24). Mr. Prine also plays Washington, DC, on October 3.

Nicole Atkins is looking at a busy summer, what with her appearing on Chris Isaak’s tour as well as a few solo dates sandwiched in between. Ms. Atkins newly announced headline dates include Seattle (July 25), Victoria, BC (July 26), Vancouver, BC (July 27) and Baltimore (August 7).

Italian artist Adelmo Fornaciari, otherwise known as Zucchero, lines up a November / December U.K. run. Dates include York (November 25), Glasgow (November 26), Oxford (November 28) and Birmingham (December 3).
