Sony BMG Moves To Old CAA Office
Sony BMG Music Entertainment has leased the House That Ovitz Built – the I.M. Pei-designed building that formerly housed Creative Artists Agency.
CAA co-founder Michael Ovitz announced his new tenant at a recent conference in Sun Valley, Idaho, according to Bloomberg News. Sony BMG will move in by year’s end.
The Beverly Hills building, which includes a Roy Lichtenstein mural in its 57-foot-atrium, has been vacant since January 2007, when CAA moved into new digs in Century City.
Sony BMG’s current West Coast offices are located in Santa Monica.
