The singer will kick things off August 3 at Wuk in Vienna, Austria, and then make appearances at festivals in Germany, Sweden, the U.K. and Belgium before heading back to the States.

The U.S. leg of the trek launches September 5 at Tin Angel in Philadelphia and will hit clubs scattered across the country, including IOTA Club & Café in Arlington, Va. (September 7), Schubas Tavern in Chicago (September 12), Café Du Nord in San Francisco (September 17), Iron Horse Music Hall in Northampton, Mass. (September 23), and Bowery Ballroom in New York City.

Wasser will follow that run with a handful of Australian dates, stopping in Sydney, Newtown, Adelaide, East Brunswick and Brisbane.

Survive, released in June, is Joan As Police Woman’s second full-length release.

The disc has generated considerable buzz and critical acclaim for Wasser, who has performed in the past with an impressive array of artists including Lou Reed, Tanya Donelly, Sheryl Crow, Sparklehorse, Dave Gahan, Elton John, Scissor Sisters, Antony and the Johnsons, Joseph Arthur and Rufus Wainwright.
