Mintz Joins Red Light

Alan Mintz, Carly Simon’s manager, has joined Red Light Management and brought Simon with him, Mintz told Pollstar.

Mintz was an exec for Starbucks Entertainment before the coffee company backpedaled on its venture into the music industry.

He previously served as head of A&R at Columbia Records and as Herbie Hancock’s manager.
