The trek kicks off October 5 at San Diego Sports Arena and will travel across the country through mid-November.

(October 12), Broomfield Events Center in Denver (October 17), Allstate Arena in Chicago (October 22), Harbor Yard in Bridgeport, Conn. (October 28), The Wachovia Spectrum in Philadelphia (November 1), USF Sun Dome in Tampa, Fla. (November 6), Century Tel Center in Bossier, La. (November 11), and Reliant Arena in Houston (November 14).

Like the game, the Rock Band Live Tour will be an interactive experience. Fans will be able to compete in head-to-head competitions for the chance to play on the main stage between sets. Bands will be selected through local radio promotions, national contests and on-site at each show.
Panic at the Disco will be featured on Rock Band 2 due in September. In addition, all four acts on the tour will be included in a forthcoming downloadable content pack for the game.
