Dates, Dates & More Dates …

It’s Australia in March, Ireland and United Kingdom in April as Jackson Browne sketches his 2009 tour plans. Aussie dates include two nights in Sydney, March 2 & 3, a two-nighter in Melbourne scheduled for March 5 & 7 and single nights in Victoria (March 8), Townsville (March 10), Cairns (March 11), Perth (March 14) and Adelaide (March 15). Ireland gets him for two nights in Dublin (March 23 & 24). U.K. shows include Liverpool on March 28, Manchester on March 30 & 31 and London on April 13.

Misfits hit the clubs September through October. Today’s update shows the band playing pretty steadily for the next few months. Dates include September 16 in Montreal at Metropolis, September 21 in Asbury Park at the Stone Pony, Louisville on October 19 at Coyote’s Music & Dance Hall, Dallas on November 26 at Granada Theater and Fort Lauderdale on December 7 at Culture Room.

Randy Newman takes his piano to the east coast in September, hits the west coast in October. Dates include Peeksville, New York at Paramount Center For The Arts on September 16, Princeton, New Jersey at McCarter Theatre on September 27, Monterey, California on October 18 at Golden State Theatre and Seattle at Moore Theatre on October 22.

Italian singer / songwriter Elisa launches her first North American tour on October 29 in Toronto at the Mod Club. Other dates include November 5 in NYC at Bowery Ballroom, Pittsburgh on November 8 at Club Café, Denver on November 14 at Soild Dove and Seattle on November 24 at The Triple Door.
