Has it really been thirty years since a space alien with a propensity for suspenders made a nation laugh simply by stating he was “Mork from Ork?” He may not wear those trademark suspenders and his hair may not be as thick and frizzy as it once was, but Robin Williams has put together a tour starting in Minneapolis on September 25 and running through October 29 in Philadelphia. Cities include Chicago, Milwaukee, Detroit, Cleveland, Nashville, Atlantic City, Columbus, Richmond, Uncasville and Baltimore, with many tickets going on sale in mid-August. So look at the schedule, pick your date, and get ready to laugh your butt off.

Ben Folds updates today with several new engagements at clubs and theatres. Stops include September 24 in DC at DAR Constitution Hall, September 30 & 31 in NYC at Terminal 5, October 9 in Detroit at The Fillmore, October 17 in St. Paul at the Myth and November 13 in San Francisco at Warfield Theatre.

Marianne Dissard schedules several September dates in the American west. New ones include September 12 in Bisbee, Arizona at The Stock Exchange, September 18 in Albuquerque at Zinc Wine Bar & Bistro, September 19 in Marta, Texas at Thunderbird Hotel and september 20 in El Paso at Ardovino’s. Ms. Dissard also has three new Tucson appearances – September 11 & 27 at Plush and September 13 at the Red Room.

And we have 14, count ’em, 14 new dates for Phil Lesh & Friends. What’s more, all dates are at the same venue. Nokia Theatre Times Square in New York City is the place and the dates are October 31, November 1 – 3, 6 – 9, 11, 13 – 16 and 18.
