The first leg of the trek kicks off September 5 and will see the singer/songwriter supporting John Hiatt and dropping in on the Telluride Blues & Brews Festival in Colorado on September 12.

Other stops with Hiatt include Ogden Theatre in Denver (September 6), Chautauqua Auditorium in Boulder, Colo. (September 9), and The Backyard in Austin (September 14).

Osborne’s headlining dates begin September 25 at the Music Hall of Williamsburg and run through the end of October.

Highlights on the itinerary include Calvin Theater in Northampton, Mass. (September 26), Rams Head on Stage in Annapolis, Md. (September 29), Orange Peel in Asheville, N.C. (October 4), Belly Up Tavern in Solana Beach, Calif. (October 9), Aladdin Theater in Portland, Ore. (October 14), Park West in Chicago (October 21), HighLine Ballroom in New York City (October 25) and World Café Live in Philadelphia (October 26).

Tickets for most shows are available at Ticketmaster.com. Little Wild One, due September 9, marks the first collaboration between Osborne and producers/writers Rick Chertoff, Rob Hyman and Eric Bazilian since her 1995 major label debut Relish.

While the album and tour mark the singer’s return to her pop roots, she has spent most of her time over the past few years exploring her range appearing with artists as diverse as The Funk Brothers, Phil Lesh & Friends, Brian Wilson and Stevie Wonder.
