Eskowitz Exits Premier Exhibitions

Bruce Eskowitz has resigned as president, CEO and a director of Premier Exhibitions nearly a year after exiting his position as CEO of North American music for Live Nation.

In his separation agreement with the touring museum exhibit company, Eskowitz will forfeit all restricted stock awards and stock options previously granted to him by the company and receive monthly payments of $90,001.66 for 12 months, according to an August 22 statement. The agreement also includes confidentiality, non-solicitation and non-disparagement provisions.

Premier Exhibitions Chief Financial Officer Harold Ingalls has been appointed to fill the vacancy on the company’s board of directors

Premier, which presents touring exhibits including “Bodies … The Exhibition,” “Bodies Revealed,” “Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition” and “Titanic Science,” partnered with Live Nation last year to co-present the “Bodies” shows.
