New dates for singer / songwriter Terri Hendrix were waiting for us on our loading dock as we unlocked the front gates and hunkered down for a hard day’s work vetting and listing new concert dates. New on the schedule Is October 3 in Dallas at AllGood Café, Berkeley, California on October 14 at Freight & Salvage, Oklahoma City on January 24 at The Blue Door and Decatur, Georgia at Eddie’s Attic on February 26. Other new stops include Texas towns Denton, Tyler, San Angelo, The Woodlands, Conroe and Fort Worth, and a stop in Doylestown, Pennsylvania.

Michael Franti & Spearhead lineup a New Zealand gig plus a string of Aussie shows for October. The NZ show is October 7 in Auckland at Powerstation, and Australian shows include Brisbane at The Tivo on October 10, Byron Bay on October 11 at a local high school, Newcastle on October 12 at the Civic Theatre and Melbourne on October 16 at Forum Theatre. Other Australian listings include dates in Newtown, Wollongong, Canberra, Adelaide and Fremantle.

Blues guitarist David Gogo fills his fall calendar with Europe dates. Newly posted shows include Lausanne, Switzerland on October 10 & 11, Apeldoorn, Netherlands on October 15, Berlin on October 22 and Copenhagen on November 1.

And we started off today with a few new 2009 dates for Tina Turner – February 12 in Merksem, Belgium at Sportpaleis Antwerpen, Zurich on February 16 at Hallenstadion Zurich and March 26 in Dublin at The Point.

During the first couple of hours of biz we also updated the schedules for Three 6 Mafia, Mickey Avalon, The Acacia Strain, Kenny Rogers, Kylie Minogue, Flogging Molly, Earlimart, Billy Bob Thornton and The Boxmasters, Madonna and Martha Wainwright.
