The 18,000-capacity Colonial Center in Columbia, S.C., changed its name to the Colonial Life Arena Sept. 16.

The Colonial Life & Accident Insurance Co., which has naming rights to the arena, launched its “Colonial Life” brand in January and the name change reflects it, according to a statement.
