Not-So-New Kids On The Block

Manchester-based SJM Concerts, which recently had success with a Take That reunion tour (sans Robbie Williams), is promoting the U.K. shows for U.S. boy band of yesteryear New Kids On The Block.

The award-winning NKOTB enjoyed success in the late 1980s and early 1990s.

Assembled in Boston in 1984 by producer Maurice Starr, the act went on to sell more than 70 million albums worldwide and generated hundreds of millions of dollars in concert revenues.

The U.K. run opens at Manchester Evening News Arena Jan. 16, before moving on for more arena shows in Birmingham, Glasgow, Nottingham, London, Sheffield, Newcastle and Cardiff.
