The all-day happening will take place November 1 at the Monterey County Fairgrounds in Monterey, Calif.

Rounding out the roster are local faves Tornado Riders with Rushad Eggleston and other artists to be announced in the coming weeks.

Besides reggae, bluegrass and hip-hop, the event will feature dancing, food vendors and other activities for festival goers of all ages.
