Changes At The Dow

SMG has named Matthew Blasy GM of the Dow Event Center in Saginaw, Mich.

Blasy previously worked at the Compuware Arena in Plymouth, Mass., and Germain Arena in Estero, Fla.

Former Dow manager James Wade will head to Corbin, Ky., to open the Southeast Kentucky Agriculture and Expo Center, according to the Saginaw News.
