Late last week, guitarist Daron Malakian concluded that his heart wasn’t into touring at this time, so he made the decision to cancel all scheduled performances, according to a message to fans posted on the band’s web site.

The group has also pulled the plug on a performance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” scheduled for October 14.

There are no plans to reschedule.

Ticket refund info for the North American tour will be available from the band’s web site in the coming days.
