There’s something sublimely theraputic about watching artist like Alice Cooper, Ra Ra Riot, Cat Power, Ricky Gervais, O.A.R., Jon McLaughlin, Lenka, Nikka Costa, Hot Chip, Frank Caliendo, Black Kids or Adele doing their thing on the current crop of TV talkers.

Besides, it gets our mind off of crazy-making things. Like the economy (yikes!). Or politics (is it over yet?). Or the fact that the various divisions that make up the Pollstar family are now actively campaigning for the title of weirdest department in the company. (Don’t worry sales. You’re waaaay out ahead of the rest of the pack.)

Hmmm, maybe we should run the presidential campaign that way. It would be way more comforting to think that the candidates are trying to be bizarre instead of just acting that way naturally.
