Dates, Dates & More Dates …

Elton John tours South America in January. Look for EJ to play Sao Paulo, Brazil, at Anhembi Convention Centre on January 17 and Rio at Praca da Apoteose on the 19th. Buenos Aires gets Captain Fantastic on the 22nd at the Boca Juniors Stadium, and Santiago, Chile, hosts him on the 24th at Club Hipico. Elton also adds a June 6 date in Limerick, Ireland, at Thomond Park.

Brian Culbertson updates with new December gigs. December 4 places him in Albuquerque, New Mexico, at KiMo Theatre; the 8th is Alexandria, Virginia, at Birchmere; the 12th is Vegas at Boulder Station Hotel & Casino and the 13th is Palm Desert, California, at McCallum Theatre. Other new dates include December 18 in San Diego at House Of Blues, and the Conga Room in Los Angeles on December 19.

And we have a couple of new ones for OneRepublic – December 3 in Peoria, Illinois, at Peoria Civic Center Arena, and January 9 in Montreal at Metropolis.

During the past couple of hours we also updated the schedules for Johnny Winter, Jenny Lewis, J.J. Grey & Mofro, Janiva Magness, Lupe Fiasco, Status Quo, The Derailers, The Hamsters, Staind, Theresa Andersson and The Von Trapp Children.

And that completes the first half of today’s journey through the treacherous waters of concert data. Don’t miss Your Latest Update, posting around 3 pm (PST) on Pollstar.com!
