Barkett To Cow Palace

Joe Barkett, GM of the Solano County Fair in Vallejo, Calif., has accepted the position of CEO of the Cow Palace in San Francisco.

Barkett is expected to assume his new role Dec. 1.

Michael Paluszak has stepped in as the fair’s GM.
