At least that’s what the press release says.

Former Ozzy Osbourne ax man Zakk Wylde has released four brands of hot sauce and he expects they will be gobbled up by his fans – a worldwide club called the Berserkers who show up at all of the shows for Wylde’s band, Black Label Society.

The beer-chugging club even has as an acronym, SDMF, which stands for “Strength, Determination, Merciless, Forever,” and Berserkers are known to get together at chapter meetings.

Accordingly, Wylde wants them to have hot sauce, to help out with the tailgate parties.

“Strength, Determination, and Mercilessly Hot! were my initial thoughts,” Wylde exclaimed after tasting the first production run, according to the statement of course. “I said, ‘Let’s unleash this stuff now and let me feel the heat on stage from a back-row burp in the next show.’”

Wylde has released four products through hot sauce-maker Blair: Blair Presents Zakk Wylde’s Original Berserker Sauce, Blair Presents Zakk Wylde’s Stronger Than Death Berserker Sauce, the Shot To Hell version and Sonic Brew.

“Four flavors of hot allows us to appeal to all the Berserkers out there,” company founder Blair Lazar said in the statement.

Apparently he came up with a recipe that the band “tweaked to perfection” while on tour.
