Aran Rush Leaves Forum

Aran Rush, general manager of the 4,800-capacity Forum at Mundo Imperial in Acapulco, Mexico, has left the facility for a job offer in the United States, venue spokeswoman Claudia Cordova told Pollstar.

The new GM is Margarito Barreras.

The Forum debuted with three Yanni shows Nov. 13-16.

The SMG-managed venue is part of the $300 million Mundo Imperial resort, convention center and entertainment complex, which like many large construction projects is being severely affected by the world economic downturn.
