ShoWare Center Opens In Jan

Along with being the exclusive provider of ticketing service for the new arena in Kent, Wash., ticketing company ShoWare by VisionOne has also signed a naming rights agreement to christen the venue ShoWare Center at Kent.

The SMG-managed venue, the nation’s first LEED Silver Events Center, opens Jan. 2 as the home of the Western Hockey League’s Seattle Thunderbirds. It is an SMG-managed facility.

ShoWare’s agreement with the City Council of Kent is for 10 years with a total value of $3.2 million.
