Five Formats Of U2

U2 is upping the fanfare for the band’s forthcoming release, No Line On The Horizon, with five formats of the album to satisfy all levels of fandom.

The standard album versions include a jewel case with a 24-page booklet, as well as a limited edition LP format that includes 2 black vinyl discs, a gatefold sleeve and a 16-page booklet.

Bruce Springsteen joins U2 on stage at Philadelphia’s Wachovia Center for a rendition of Curtis Mayfield’s "People Get Ready".

The three limited-edition formats include even more U2 goodness with bonus materials.

A digipak version includes the new album, a 36-page color booklet, a fold-out poster and access to an exclusive downloadable Anton Corbijn film.

The magazine format gets you the new album, a 60-page magazine and access to the film.

Finally there’s the box format, which includes the digipak format album, a DVD of Corbijn’s film, a 64-page hardback book and a fold-out poster.

No Line, the group’s first release since 2004’s How To Dismantle An Atomic Bomb, is set to drop March 3, but pre-orders are already available through Amazon.com.
