The event, held in conjunction with Black History Month, will feature artists and guest speakers including Keri Hilson, DJ Sleeper, Beastie Boys’ and Bad Boy Records’ , to name a few.

Also on the bill will be an ultimate dance-off between students of L.A.’s top dance schools along with a tricked-out car show, live graffiti art, a state-of-the-art visual presentation of the history of hip-hop and a laser and light show.

Tickets went on sale Dec. 27.

The one-day festival is co-hosted by Champ Funds, Inc., Andrews Entertainment Group, Creative Marketing Agency and Entertainment Entertainment.
