The event, held in conjunction with Black History Month, will feature artists and guest speakers including Keri Hilson, DJ Sleeper, Beastie Boys’ Mix Master Mike and Bad Boy Records’ Janelle Monae, to name a few.

Also on the bill will be an ultimate dance-off between students of L.A.’s top dance schools along with a tricked-out car show, live graffiti art, a state-of-the-art visual presentation of the history of hip-hop and a laser and light show.

Tickets went on sale Dec. 27.

The one-day festival is co-hosted by Champ Funds, Inc., Andrews Entertainment Group, Creative Marketing Agency and Entertainment Entertainment.
