The fan frenzy over the reunited New Kids On The Block shows no signs of slowing now that the calendar has rolled around to a new year.

Donnie, Danny, Joey, Jordan and Jonathan, who sold out spaces on a May cruise from Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., in less than 48 hours, will kick off their first batch of 2009 shows March 7 at Borderfest in Hidalgo, Texas.

Other confirmed dates so far include March 10 at CenturyTel Center in Bossier City, La., March 16 at Sommet Center in Nashville, March 20 at Giant Center in Hershey, Pa., March 26 at OneCenter in Syracuse, N.Y., and March 30 at Scotiabank Place in Ottawa, Ontario.

For fans not on the itinerary, don’t worry. The boys are enjoying the ride and promise more gigs are in the works.

“This is beyond our wildest dream, the T-shirts, the screams, the e-mails, the messages,” Donnie Wahlberg said. “It’s been amazing so far and we are all just so happy to keep it going.”
