Evidently Liam Gallagher has been suffering from the ailment for the past few days, but the Dusseldorf postponement is the first casualty resulting from the affliction, according to the band’s Web site.

This morning Gallagher was diagnosed as suffering from oedema and a doctor ordered total rest for the next 48 hours.

At this time all other shows on Oasis’ Euro tour are expected to take place as planned.
