The rapper has canceled playing Blue Cross Arena three times since Oct. 26. The latest came at the last minute Jan. 21 and local promoter Edward Strickland is not a happy camper.

“Will I sue?” Strickland told the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle. “I’m keeping all my options open. This is a mess.”

Attorney General Andrew Cuomo announced refunds would be available at the point of purchase and at the Blue Cross Arena Feb. 6.

Wayne said he would make it up with a bigger and better show, according to AllHipHop.com, which interviewed Wayne manager Cortez Bryant.

“Now that Wayne’s doing these bigger shows, he wants to make sure that all of his fans are getting the same experience,” Bryant said. “It would have been too difficult to travel with the entire band, then turn around and head to Calgary the next day. We didn’t want the Rochester fans to get any less of a show because of logistics.”

Strickland’s skeptical, though, telling the Democrat & Chronicle he’s not sure vendors and concertgoers will give the rapper a fourth chance.
